Orders & Confirmation

Where is my order confirmation email?
After placing your order, you will receive two emails: an order confirmation immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you haven't received your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk with your name and the email address used at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after placing your order. Contact us immediately at support@harlowlondon.uk.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can return the item under our 30-day returns policy once you receive it. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel after receiving your order.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you've made a mistake with your delivery address, contact us immediately at support@harlowlondon.uk. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made. In some cases, minor corrections may still be possible — contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long before my order ships?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. All deliveries are free of charge with no minimum spend.

During busy periods such as bank holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website:

www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to appear on the Royal Mail system.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all UK orders include free tracked delivery via Royal Mail. There is no minimum spend and no hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk with your order number.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns criteria, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including:

— Your order number
— A description of the issue
— Clear photographs of the damage

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement for faulty or damaged goods. We will cover all return postage costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Product & Sizing

Are the shoes genuine leather?
Yes. All Harlow London footwear is crafted from 100% genuine leather. Each product listing specifies the materials used. We do not use synthetic or faux leather in our core collection.
How do I find my size?
Our shoes run true to UK sizing. We recommend consulting our Size Guide for EU and US conversions. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up half a size for extra comfort.

How do I care for my leather shoes?
To keep your Harlow London shoes looking their best:

— Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth after each wear
— Apply a leather conditioner every few weeks to maintain suppleness
— Use a shoe polish matching the colour to restore shine
— Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
— Use shoe trees to maintain shape when not in use

Genuine leather improves with proper care and will develop a beautiful patina over time.
