Shipping Policy

At Harlow London, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and transparently. This Shipping Policy sets out everything you need to know about how we process, dispatch and deliver your order. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is fully compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently ship to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or international destinations. If you would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been collected by our courier.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked service. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Express Tracked (Royal Mail 48) 2–3 business days FREE

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During busy periods such as bank holidays, sales events or peak seasons (November–December), delivery may take slightly longer.

All orders include free tracked delivery. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden delivery charges.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order at any time by visiting:

www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Alternatively, you can track your order directly through the Track Your Order page on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to appear on the Royal Mail system.


5. Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Harlow London cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@harlowlondon.uk. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


6. Failed Deliveries & Missed Parcels

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will typically:

  • Leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from your local delivery office
  • Attempt redelivery on a subsequent business day
  • Hold the parcel at your local Royal Mail delivery office for up to 18 days before returning it to us

If your parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A second delivery attempt may be subject to a redelivery charge.


7. Lost or Delayed Orders

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to receive your order within the timeframe agreed at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 14 calendar days of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk so we can raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Royal Mail requires a minimum of 10 business days from the dispatch date before an item can be officially declared lost. Once confirmed as lost, we will either:

  • Reship your order at no additional cost, or
  • Issue you a full refund — whichever you prefer

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damaged packaging and item(s) immediately upon receipt
  2. Contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and photos
  3. Do not dispose of the damaged packaging, as this may be required for a Royal Mail claim

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. You will not be asked to return damaged items at your own expense.


9. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including:

  • Your right to receive goods within a reasonable time or the agreed timeframe under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Your right to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Your right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods under the statutory cooling-off period
