By placing an order with Harlow London, you confirm that:

- You are resident in the United Kingdom
- The information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Our Products
We sell genuine leather footwear including loafers, Oxford shoes and Derby shoes. All products are described as accurately as possible on our website, including materials, sizing and care instructions.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods we sell must be:
- Of satisfactory quality — free from defects and meeting reasonable standards
- Fit for purpose — suitable for the use they are intended for
- As described — matching the description and images provided on our website
If a product does not meet these standards, you are entitled to a remedy as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; while we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect the exact colour of the product.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law.
We do not use drip pricing. In compliance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the total price you see — including all charges — is the price you pay. No additional fees will be added at checkout beyond what is shown on the product page.

Payment is taken at the time of order. All payment transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
Your order confirmation will include:

- The total price paid
- Your delivery address
- An estimated delivery timeframe

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, where we suspect fraudulent activity, where a product is out of stock, or where an error has occurred in the pricing or description.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked and is free on all UK orders.
Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days from dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

7. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To cancel, notify us in writing within the 14-day period at support@harlowlondon.uk. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
We will issue a full refund — including the original standard delivery charge — within 14 days of receiving your returned goods or proof of return postage, whichever is earlier.
Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund
- Between 30 days and 6 months: you are entitled to a repair or replacement (or a refund if these are not possible)
- After 6 months: we may ask you to demonstrate the fault was present at the time of purchase
Please contact us at support@harlowlondon.uk with your order number and photographs of the fault. We will arrange a remedy at no cost to you.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair our website. You must not:
